A centralized digital demand platform deployed nationwide across Pakistan by Unilever to govern, manage, and track requests for digital products, IT equipment, and enterprise tech services. Department leads raise requests which are systematically reviewed and approved by Site Heads, then automatically assigned to designated IT resources for execution, tracking, and fulfillment.
LDMS (Laptop & Desktop Management System)
An enterprise IT asset lifecycle and warehouse operations platform deployed across Unilever Pakistan facilities. Implements a dual-role architecture: Depot Administrators govern nationwide stock, manage ITIL processes, and synchronize records with ServiceNow & AssetTrack; while local Site Engineers execute single-site asset deployment ('Deploy Asset') and returns ('Collect Asset') under automated Depot approval workflows.
Laptop Buyback Application
A nationwide solution deployed across Pakistan within Unilever to manage and track end-of-life laptop buyback records. Orchestrates the entire decommissioning and employee acquisition journey: IT eligibility mapping, employee purchase decision submission, HR salary deduction approvals, IT data sanitization/wiping protocols, and final employee handover acknowledgements.

A centralized enterprise solution deployed across Unilever Pakistan facilities to manage peripheral hardware stock, employee hardware requests, purchase order (PO) tracking, and asset issuance.
